Order the Geography Majors' Tee 2012/13 now!

Dear Geographers,

The NUS Geographical Society is proud to present Majors' Tee AY2012/2013!Some changes have been made to Design A, which won the most votes, in order to meet the printer's requirements. Loo Wen Bin, the creator of the winning design has also decided to incorporate the slogan from Leong Mun Kidd's Design C into his "Make Space for NUS Geographers!" design.

We will also be selling our remaining stock of "I Need My Space" Majors' Tee from AY09/10. However, limited quantities of sizes XS, M, L and XL only are available. These shirts will be sold at Bench 10 on a first-come-first-served basis. Both the AY09/10 and AY12/13 Majors' T-shirts cost $12 a piece.

Please note that once you fill in the form you will be required to submit your cash payment during our payment collection periods along the AS1 Walkway at Bench 10. You should be able to spot our big yellow banner!

Collection of payment and orders on 10-11th October, Wednesday and Thursday
11:30am - 1:45pm
3:45pm - 4:40pm

Should you be unable to make payment during the above timeslots, you may ask a friend to help you make payment. If this is really not an option, please send me an email at geogsoc.specialprojects@gmail.com and we can work something out.

AY2012/2013 Majors' T-Shirt: Vote For Your Favorite Design Now!

Dear Geographers,

A big thank you to everyone who have submitted their designs! Due to the overwhelming number of designs received, we have shortlisted 5 designs for voting.

Geog Major's T-Shirt AY2012/2013

Dear Geography Majors, 

Geog Soc is keen to print a new Majors' T-shirt for AY2012/2013! We would like to invite everyone who are interested to take part in designing the new shirt design for this AY. 

The conditions would be: 

1. Maximum two colours (e.g. white in front and white at the back are considered two colours, white and red in front are considered two colours).
2. The design must be submitted on a shirt template.

3. Please send your submissions to geogsoc.majorswelfare@gmail.com, submission deadline is the 24th of September (Monday), 2012. 

Voting of the designs will be on 1st to 5th of October, and the winning entry will be announced on the 6th of October. 

We will be collating your orders in Week 8. More information will be given in due course :)

Second Printing of Geography Majors' Tees

We are pleased to announce that there will be a reprint of the 2011/12 Majors Tee!

The price for the tee (Keep Calm and Geog On) is $10 per shirt.

Please indicate your preferred shirt design/colour/size in this form.

Please select the colour and size you prefer for the different shirts. If you would like to purchase more than one size for the design, please fill in the form twice :)

Please note that we will be at the Geog Soc Room, Level 2 Block ADM at these following times:
8 February, Wednesday 10:00 - 12:00
10 February, Friday 12:00 - 16:00 to collect orders and payments.

Payment should be made by the 13th of February 2012 otherwise the order will be considered void.

Collection of shirts is tentatively in early March . We will keep you updated! :)

Hey Geographers!


Good news! The "KEEP CALM & GEOG ON" as well as the "I need my space" T-shirts are arriving just-in-time for the exams! Please come and collect your T-shirts from this Wednesday (9/11) - Friday (11/11). Our collection time is from 11:30am to 2:30pm along the AS1 Walkway. Do note that you have to bring along your receipts, otherwise we won't be able to give you your shirts!

Dear Geog Majors! :)

We are very pleased to have received the many design submissions for the Majors' T-shirt 2011/12! The response for the poll conducted on the Facebook group was also very enthusiastic, and the final design that you have chosen is "Keep Calm and Geog On", designed by Joanna Lim. We will also be reprinting the Majors' T-shirt 2009/10.

Here are the colours available for the Majors' T-shirt 2011/12.

The price for the Majors' Tee AY2011/2012 (Keep Calm and Geog On) is $10 per shirt.
